This workshop leads anthropologists through explorations of drawing as a tool that produces both perception and invention. When attention is directed toward process and purpose, rather than -product, drawing provides an open space for making, collaborating, developing and learning. In this workshop participants will move through individual explorations to a large collaborative abstract drawing that conveys a sense of 3-D space, texture and movement, drawing inspiration from our location.
